The mineral footprint
The cellar
An ancient soul looking to the future
Epicentre of the estate, the cellar brings together the conditions and know-how essential to creating excellent wines. Both a workshop and showcase, this creative space embodies Fabienne’s vision: to faithfully convey the typicity and richness of the island’s grape varieties.

Time stands still
The metamorphosis of grapes into wine takes place out of sight. Slow fermentation, delicate maceration, measured maturation - the winemaking cycle here follows a natural rhythm. The whites release their notes of citrus and white flowers while the reds gradually develop their power.
An art as meticulous as goldsmithing, handed down from generation to generation, based on precise techniques and constant observation that preserves the authentic flavour of each grape variety.

Patience is a virtue
When time reveals aromas
Silent alchemy
A family signature
Heritage in a bottle
A wine is above all a terroir, grape varieties, a harvest and the climate of that particular year. Maturation marks the final stage before the wine leaves its cradle, under the watchful eye of Fabienne Lucchini. This alchemy between nature and know-how comes together in bottles that bear the imprint of a family and a place. The label with the estate's emblematic mouflon logo completes this story and accompanies it on its journey to the table.
